As a woman who wears many hats (mom, wife, engineer, manager, triathlete, mentor, coach…) I live it every day. But I also believe in the importance of taking time for self care and activities that you find fulfilling. I will work with you one-on-one to create a training plan that meets you where you are, prepares you to tackle your goals head-on, fits into your lifestyle, and maintains the balance you need.
I also understand that circumstances change, and that women need to be flexible. During our check-ins, we will discuss progress, setbacks, achievements, and concerns and adjust your plan accordingly so nothing will come between you and your goals.
